Tianrui Qiu / Qiu Tianrui
I am a first-year Mechanical and Electrical Engineering student at the University of Bristol (currently studying), based in Bristol and Shanghai Zhangjiang during breaks. I learn fast, enjoy turning ideas into physical prototypes, and am especially interested in AI applications and AI agent development for engineering workflows.

First-Year Design Portfolio
Built a course portfolio through the first-year Design module, developing fundamentals in mechanical drawing, CAD modelling, design communication, and structured engineering documentation.
Robot War Society Project
Contributed to a university robotics society project, focusing on model development, mechanical design, 3D printing, fabrication, and assembly for a competitive robot build.
LED Heat Sink Thermal Model
Developed a parametric thermal model for a high-power LED heat sink system, integrating experimental measurements, fan-curve data, and MATLAB analysis to evaluate thermal resistance and system performance. Coordinated group progress, contributed to CAD modelling and experimental reporting, and compared measured results with model predictions.
